Senior Process Project Consultant
Develops highly complex projects and participates in work teams of up to 15 members, where it designs and redesigns business processes, develops methodological standards, executes technical-economic evaluations and defines new systemic platforms for companies in the telecommunications sector (Movistar), industry (Córpora Tres Montes - Luchetti) and mining (Codelco). Leads a project of 5 people, managing budget, planning and quality of results and communication with the client.• Increases the certainty of projected mining maintenance expenses by 70%, through the development of a technical - economic evaluation based on observations and surveys in the field, ensuring the release of required funds.• Reduces expenses in workers and quality processes, operations, maintenance, research and development projects by 40%, through the profound processes redefinition of companies in merger stage.• Identifies quick profits that reduce processing times by 15%, and increase customer satisfaction by 20% with respect to the intervened processes.• Increases by 55% the visibility of planned and ongoing client projects, through definition and conformation of internal PMO.• Unifies commercial billing platforms, increasing internal clients satisfaction by 45% and 30% of external clients, through an intense work of gathering requirements together with users, and know- how acquired on the ground in Movistar Argentina.• Defines new operations by designing and redesigning business processes, KPIs, profiles and organizational structures.• Leads a multidisciplinary team of 5 people that reduces by 20% initial funds gap identified by client, through a detailed audit of current accounts.
