I help people work better together by assessing their natural behavior (strengths) and drivers (passion), and how it matches their role in an organization. I bridge the behavioral, cultural and inter-generational divide in organizations and teams so that people work better together. To Facilitate this, I use DISC and 12 Driving Forces assessments, training, team-building workshops, and one-on-one coaching. I value community involvement, accessibility, diverse groups. On my free-time I volunteer for nonprofits that make a difference in others' lives.
