I am passionate about reminding people of their human capabilities. I serve to inspire and empower individuals to be their best and most authentic selves through physical movement. I help those who have become strangers to themselves get reacquainted with their bodies, learning to listen to all it has to say by tuning into the right station. The body speaks loudly; we just have to learn how to listen to it. The body knows how to take care of itself; we just have to know how to fuel it properly. The body knows how to move; we just have to clear its path.Originally, I come from a background in all things communications: Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Branding, Print, Digital, etc. I believe these avenues provide an opportunity to foster authenticity, hold accountability, and create genuine connection.I also work alongside my parents to run our home renovation business, mainly serving as a liaison for first-time renovators, emphasizing the human and emotional aspects of home renovations.
