• Maintaining infrastructure of South Orange community.• Maintain streets, parking lots and related property. • Assists with the placement of bituminous asphalt involving patching or paving operations on roads and parking lots.• Assists with the placement of wet concrete involving repair or construction work• Operate and service water storm or sanitary systems. • Install, construct, maintain parks, grounds and related facilities and equipment. • Perform landscape/grounds care. • Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs of motorized vehicles/equipment. • Perform custodial duties and prepare facilities for public use• Perform general maintenance activities and cleaning. • Perform general labor. • Perform snow removal and leaf collection activities.• Operating machinery necessary to complete assignments.• Ensures signage is posted and secured appropriately• Completes daily work assignments performing the necessary and required work in an acceptable manner, and reporting to the Public Works Director the status of the assignment in addition to any issues of concerns discovered while performing assignments.

Provides routine, non-medical personal care assistance to disabled individual to promote and enrich independence.
