As a Payroll Specialist, I have been involved in the stabilization of two countries that have gone live with Payroll provider Alight and integration with Workday and preparing Go Live for another two! A great challenge that has allowed me to develop my skills immensely on both platforms! I use the Workday, Alight and ServiceNow systems on a daily basis, which are essential tools for carrying out my work.As well as working with Workday on a daily basis, I've developed a taste for system integrations and configuration.In addition, I have been involved in the configuration of these systems in the design phase and the implementation phase for a Go Live, including configuration workbooks, mapping, etc.My professional experience was very important not only for payroll activities, but also for other areas of human resources management, which allowed me to develop my knowledge.During this configuration, I had the opportunity to test the profile as a tester throughSIT (System Integration Testing), SBT (Scenarios Based Testing), using the JIRA platform for configuration, especially to raise bugs and problems, and as a user!

In this experience as a Payroll Experienced Analyst, I have worked in the payroll area,carrying out pre-payroll, payroll and post payroll activities on the ADP and Alightplatforms, with European and AMEI (Africa Middle East and India) countries as myscope. In this experience I had the opportunity to start working in the Payroll area, namely,Pre Payroll Activities.Besides performing Payroll activities I had the duties of withdrawing payment slips forPortuguese Social Security and other taxes in Portugal sending to the client thepayment slips. Furthermore, I worked with Excel tables to perform several tasks withthe help of the same program, which allowed me to develop skills in this tool.At the same time, I was involved in the transition process from an old payroll providerto a new payroll system
