In my years as Administrator of multi-specialties in various locations, I supervised the clinical and business departments including HR, payroll functions and employee benefits. Additionally, I generated the financial reports, addressed financial variances and reviewed the performance indicators as well as budget.Also as Administrator of surgical facilities (ASC’s), I oversaw all business aspects including full revenue cycle process, financial processes, practitioner credentialing, and ASC accreditation and was involved with the state reporting. in addition, I was fully involved in periodic financial reviews and internal clinic audits.My direct management style, open door policy, strong leadership and result driven attitude directed a team that was instrumental to the rapid growth of the clinics with outstanding patient care satisfaction and great practice culture. Having full comprehension of the revenue cycle processes, financial management, human resources, multi-specialty services and passion about my work has allowed me to be an effective operations manager and a well rounded practice administrator.
