Under the direction of the Supervisor of Shelter Services, I provided support to the Supervisor of Shelter Services, Shelter Program Coordinators, and residents by completing various administrative tasks, programming, training, and support of Shelter Advocates. I provided advocacy and resource information to clients and their children who are residents of the shelter in accordance with the mission of Sojourner Family Peace Center. As well as assist callers/texters to the hotline in accordance with the mission of Sojourner Family Peace Center
