Improves and coordinates the communication channels for the Logistics (the exportation of the equipment) of a new glass factory in Brazil. Implements Best Practices and manages the information between both the Belgium and the Brazilian teams. Coordinates a Task Force for the development of a new Global Logistics System.

Coaches the company management in several Marketing and Customer Services activities.Identifies areas of poor efficiency, advising and implementing best practices in the Procurement and Distribution Services.

Responsible for the startup of the company.Defines marketing strategies for promoting contacts with investors. Establishes financial partnerships for project funding and acquisitions. Creates and implements controls for managing sub-contractors and related services.

Responsible for the merging of the Product Fulfillment, Logistics and Direct Mail services within Production Dept. Negotiates and implements contracts for outsourcing Logistic Services and Distribution activities in Portugal and Spain. Participates in several International Committees and European Task Forces in the realm of Global Supply Chain Management projects. Defines objectives and implements international guidelines in local supply bases.
