Francisco de Castro is the VP of Engineering at GoShare and is responsible for a team of talented software engineers. He is a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to software development, a.k.a. Full Stack Developer. Francisco specializes in back-end development of new features and integration with other platforms. He embraces the ever-changing nature of technology as he enjoys being constantly challenged to solve new problems and easily adapts to evolving circumstances and priorities. During a crisis, he works as if he were in the eye of the storm –staying calm enough to resolve the issue at hand and telling his team to “just relax.” In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, soccer, and traveling with family and friends.
