Designed, created and trained the Sales team (Horeca & Organized Trade) in Routes reengineering tool, allowing the company to optimize its distribution system and reduce its fixed costs; Training for the Tele sales team (coordination between Sales team DTS and Tele sales team); Go to Market procedures optimization to capture new markets, creating synergies, increasing channel productivity and efficiency (F&C); Responsible for the creation, preparation, coordination and training to supervisors and their sales team on the new G2M in F&C as well as provide all the needed support materials (sales book, tablets, cars,…)Responsible for data sharing and interaction between the company and new strategic partners in the development and building, and their implementation in the Horeca channel (and new external partners).Responsible for the design and implementation of the invoicing tool to one partner use (PepsiCo Hand Held Computer to Tablet). Responsible for the coordination of the national reengineering’s with supervisors and for the creation of efficiency on discounts done to customers.Be the link between our 3rd partner and needs of PepsiCo business and its implementation.
