As a Junior Talent Business Partner, I partner closely with our Talent Business Partners on a variety of multiple-level positions (from entry to C-level) with an average time to hire of 7,5 weeks. People Operations - Tasks:- Recruitment: Participation in the full-recruitment cycle for interns (and its onboarding) and first stages for permanent positions.- Learning and development: Identification of learning needs (conducting surveys) and organisation of trainings and feedbacks.- Organizing activities and initiatives to foster the company culture: healthy-life practices, promoting sports within the company.- Internal communication: Emailing employees on HR matters, feeding the intranet and participation in the corporate magazine.- Implementation of the recording working time project.
