• Assess the client's needs, in order to define a clear project scope, and maintaining regular contact throughout the project;
• Create the project plan, and the deliverables' milestones;
• Develop the production technical project, and follow the design of the new package;
• Implement Health & Safety and quality control procedures;
• Commission the manufacturing of the industrial moulds, followed by industrial trials and qualification;

• Support to the production, maintenance, and planning teams in the manufacture of plastic bottles and pre-forms using Stretch Blow Moulding (SBM), Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM), and Injection Moulding;
• Participation in the design and manufacture of SBM and EBM moulds;
• Participation in production trials for new packages.

Grenaa, Denmark

• Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) process - convert an aluminium sub-assembly into a single composite structure to reduce manufacturing costs. Responsible for the material selection, defining the lay-up process, design and.
• Development of a new resin injection pump for SQRTM - meeting the process requirements without involving cleaning operations to change the resin system, reducing manual labour and improving the process performance.
