Construction and start-up of the Logoplaste Mealhada Clear plant, to produce PET yogurt jars using an ISBM machine, which included the execution of the following:• Assess the client's needs, in order to define a clear project scope, and maintaining regular contact throughout the project;• Create the project plan, and the deliverables' milestones;• Develop the production technical project, and follow the design of the new package;• Implement Health & Safety and quality control procedures;• Commission the manufacturing of the industrial moulds, followed by industrial trials and qualification;• Manage the project funds', including the investment orders for logistics, moulds, and operation costs;• Prepare the handover for the team that will manage the operation, including the definition of the process parameters, controls' checks, maintenance routine, spare parts inventory, and qualification of all machinery equipment.Continuous improvement of Logoplaste Mealhada plant:• Installation of new injection machines for the production of preforms;• Installation of IMDVista PECOLUX vision system for the continuous quality control of preforms production;• Development and installation of thermoregulators for recirculating and control the injection mould water temperature;• Installation of preform grinders and gravimetric mixers to use regrind material from PET preforms.Projects developed for other Logoplaste plants:• Installation of aluminium lining machine for coffee capsules at Logoplaste Estarreja plant;• Replacement and commissioning of a SBM machine with a set of new blow moulds at Logoplaste Zabreh plant (Czech Republic), for new dairy bottle;• Creation of a technical project for Logoplaste Toluca plant (Mexico) considering the 2025 production increase forecast, including procurement of new machinery, moulds as well as production room and automated storage layout.

• Support to the production, maintenance, and planning teams in the manufacture of plastic bottles and pre-forms using Stretch Blow Moulding (SBM), Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM), and Injection Moulding;• Participation in the design and manufacture of SBM and EBM moulds;• Participation in production trials for new packages.

Grenaa, Denmark

Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) process - convert an aluminium sub-assembly into a single composite structure to reduce manufacturing costs. Responsible for the material selection, defining the lay-up process, design and manufacture of the mould, and establishing the RTM process for the manufacture of prototypes;• Development of a new resin injection pump for SQRTM - meeting the process requirements without involving cleaning operations to change the resin system, reducing manual labour and improving the process performance; Design and build the prototype to test the concept.
