Broad experience after 24 years in the international arena, managing correspondent banking relationships. Work experience encompasses diverse geographical areas (Asia, Africa, GCC, Europe) and sectors (mainly banks and corporates). Also responsible for Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking and Correspondent Banking in emerging markets. Lived and worked in Hong Kong for over 6 years developing international and multicultural links.Part of the duties include ensuring optimum relationship coverage and client development, through maintaining a regular dialogue by phone,online and in face-to-face meetings with colleagues, and clients at all levels within and out the institution.Pro-active in investigating ways to develop existing relationships and income, whilst identifying potential new revenue streams. Responsibility for optimizing sales revenues and for formulating and updating counterparty and country trade strategies for designated region.AML and KYC have been lately another part of my responsibilities.1/4 of my career has been also developed in the national business which has enhanced my knowledge of the clients and their needs.
