CSA Enterprises LTD is a manufacture representative firm that has 40 years experience in the electrical industry. We focus largely on lighting and controls for commercial and industrial applications. As an account manager, my main responsibilities include quotations on design builds and tenders, specification of our products with consultants (architects and engineer), day-to-day management of our various accounts, and marketing of our products. Our customer include DND, governments, municipalities, various end-users, contractors, and distributors.

AFD is the backbone of a family owned and operated furniture business which includes three retail banners and a distribution centre in the Halifax Regional Municipality. My current role has me heading this very important piece of the operation. Here are some of my responsibilities. • Oversee a $22 million delivery budget for three (3) retail banners• Oversee the service for three (3) retail banners• Involved in the inventory management and flow in the Distribution Centre• Directly involved in the policy making of all retail banners and Distribution Centre

As Service Manager I had a very influential role in the after sales service and extended warranty policies and procedures within the Southern Prairies Region (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan). Communication and continuously providing stores with current manufacture and extended warranty policies and procedures was a crucial part my job.Here are some of my responsibilities:• Developed and maintained service levels and training for 26 stores• Created and oversaw annual budgets and P&L’s• Helped develop departmental and regional communication and marketing• Negotiated and signed new contracts with outside contractors and retailers• Maintained relationships and open-communication with suppliers and clients• Increased regional sales and client base

I taught kids from grade 7 to 12 in English and history.

I ran my business in Montreal and the greater Montreal area. I did over 200 contracts and over $200K in revenue.
