For over 15 years, I’ve been bringing stories come to life, in print and digital articles, short documentaries, photo essays, and more. I was formerly the Multimedia Editor at The Nation magazine, where I launched half a dozen podcasts, edited long- and short-form articles, and oversaw all of the magazine’s web visuals; and the Managing Editor at Guernica magazine, where I managed a team of fact-checkers and copy-editors to maintain the high editorial standards of a leading global arts and politics publication. More recently, I completed my Master of Fine Arts degree in Studio Art, focusing on photography, and teaching several college-level arts courses; and served as the Photographer and Assistant to the Gallery Director at Tamarind Institute, one of the country’s leading fine arts print workshops. Now based in Los Angeles and continuing to work in photography and editing.
