Heading the creative arm of GERMS and was responsible for pitching, creative strategies and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that see the agency sail through the ever-changing landscape and morphing into its current form. Won NTUC Income and BCA 2 months in the job and pulled off one of the biggest campaigns for Singapore Press Holdings in 2014 - See the big picture where GERMS bought Savant Stephen Wiltshire in to draw the panorama landscape of Singapore through memory. An event that saw the then President and 150k turned up at Paragon Shopping Mall and over 8 million impressions online. 2016 sees GERMS expanding locally with its new office (tripled the size) and regionally with its first overseas office in Jakarta with INDO creatives reporting directly to me. Today I oversee 4 teams of creative with accounts spreading across automotive, financial, insurance, beauty and lifestyle.
