I originated human resources strategy and drove various projects and initiatives to achieve people and organizational performance. Among others, I have managed the changes and restored trust and dialogue with employees’ representatives. I have reorganized the HR Service on a projects-based structure and redefined the processes; set up the frame for the modernization of the general working conditions, planned and implemented an effective concept of Health & Safety and case management; supervised audits to improve organizational efficiency; ensured gender equality, achieving pay equity.

• Originate human resources strategies; design and drive initiatives to support and achieve business objectives;• Analyze and assess the organizational effectiveness; drive change programs to increase organizational performance;• Design, implement, and continuously improve systems and processes; provide operational support to local entities worldwide;• Plan and lead all activities encompassing organizational development & changes, including mergers & acquisitions, reward & remuneration systems, work relations & social environment, set up of general working conditions & employment regulations, extensive processes management including talent acquisition, learning & competencies development, performance management, as well as the building of a culture based on common and lived values.

Responsible for both the Aggregates & RMC and the Cement Divisions, I have planned and managed every aspect related to the life cycle and to the development of employees located on several administrative and production sites in Suisse Romande. I was responsible for the integration of new employees further to mergers or acquisitions. I took part to several corporate projects, at the national and international level, with the objective to design and implement e.g. a global training policy, appraisals systems and a Corporate Social Responsibility policy and related initiatives.
