In over 35 years of professional activity Francesco Clemente has built up an exceptional profile, being one of the few project, construction and design managers who has worked on all sides of the table and in all positions, starting as a site inspector. He holds two degrees (in Civil Engineering and in Architecture) and a master in PM, is a certified PM, PE and PA, is bilingual in English and Italian, has worked abroad a lot (in the UK, the USA, Oman, Dubai, Albania, Egypt, KSA, and Uzbekistan) but obviously also a lot in Italy; he is used to traveling and has worked with public, military and private bodies and with many different types of company. He has been Technical Manager for KAP4 – His Majesty King of Saudi Arabia Security Headquarters Development Project (Phase Four), Technical Manager for the design during the construction of the new Muscat International Airport, partner of Cleder International, working for 15 years as a project manager for a number of US DoD projects, and as director, construction, design or project manager of engineering, property development, building and restoration contracting, and period style architectural design. He has experience in nearly all areas of civil, industrial and military construction as well as in the restoration of historical buildings, with a total value of personally performed projects exceeding 300 million eu and of managed projects exceeding 7 billion eu. He is used to dealing with people and with groups from the most diverse backgrounds. He is also an outstanding designer of period style interiors and exteriors. He has an extensive knowledge of building history and of artistic and architectural methods and technologies. He is very easy to get on with and has a lot of common sense; he’s optimistic, dynamic and never refuses a challenge.
