Vice-President of Investments and Chief Legal Officer at HDG since September 2018. As part of my duties, I am involved in the HDG’s investment process and responsible for the legal affairs of HDG and all the subsidiaries. In my role, I accompany the business partners of HDG in their development and growth. I am also member of the board of Groupe Germain Inc. Also, I am chairman of the board of the Carrefour international de théâtre as well as chairman of the board of Excellence Sportive Québec-Lévis and I am member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and hold the ICD.D designation.2018 Legal Counsellor of the Year from M&A Club Canada, 2018 Star Lawyer of Acritas UK,Named Lawyer of the year in corporate Law for Quebec City for the 2019 edition of Best Lawyers in Canada.***Vice-président investissements et chef des affaires juridiques chez HDG depuis septembre 2018.
