In 2012 I started converting my residence into a medical and wellness facility known as Watercrest Wellness.I Project managed the rezoning of the land, building and development of the facility as well as sourced tenants. Current tenants include General practitioners, Dietitian, Homeopath, Massage therapists, Chiropractors, Personal training gym and a hairdresser.In 2019 I project managed the rezoning of a plot of land to allow for a multiple unit housing development. I also managed a total of 5 residential leases.In August 2021 a property manager was employed to look after my property interests in South Africa.

I founded Spineworx in 2009 and soon grew the practice to the point where I took on an associate Chiropractor. Spineworx is currently one of the larger, busier practices in the Durban area. I sold the practice in July 2021 as I relocacated to Victoria, Australia.

As a chiropractor I saw the need for patients to treat themselves effectively from the pain caused by myofascial trigger points (muscular knots).I designed and produced the triggerstick in 2012 and employed a sales representative to take the product to market. Since then 1000s of units have been sold throughout South Africa.I sold the venture in 2020 in preparation for my Immigration to Australia in 2021
