Reviewed UNDP functional review report and followed up with implementation of key recommendations by the MOH.- Engaged the Sierra Leone CCM and in-country partners for the submission of C19 Response Mechanism (C19RM) funding request to the Global Fund C19RM Secretariat; Coordinated funding application review and disbursement of funds for approved activities; Active collaboration with GAVI, the World Bank, FCDO other health development partners to prepare and implement the Sierra Leone COVID-19 vaccine national deployment plan.- Ensured timely submission of Mauritania C19RM application and managed internal approval process that led to the immediate award of US$ 6.3M to support national Covid-19 response and mitigation of TB, HIV and Malaria programs.- Managed internal processes and tasks for current grants and ensure effective communication with appropriate political and diplomatic approach.

WHO, with support from Global Fund and PEPFAR/USAID, is supporting the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to accelerate efforts to increase the proportion of people living with HIV who know their HIV status. Specifically, WHO is providing support to DRC to implement and optimize effective and efficient HIV testing services (HTS) appropriate to the context.Specific tasks:- Conducted detailed situational analysis (data source: DHIS 2, Tier.net, DATIM) and documented best practices.- Provided technical assistance in program performance review and strategic planning for the national strategic plan 2020-2023- Supported the national AIDS control programme on differentiated HTS and implementation of HIV testing strategies.- Assessed optimization and prioritization tools to improve HTS.- Promoted cross country learning on differentiated HIV testing and HIV self-testing
