Conducting Maritime Medicine of broad range clinical presentations ranging from family medicine to major emergencies requiring intensive care. Consultations with international specialist via Telemed for complicated cases. Close liaison with international port health officials for medical disembarkationso COVID- 19 outbreak in April 2020: Multiple affected crew members on the ship. I was responsible for leading the clinical, managerial, mental, and public health response onboard the ship of 752 people. This required great adaptation to an unfamiliar disease being managed in an exceptionally challenging setting with limited equipment and staff. In a dynamic altering environment while acclimatizing to multiple port closures, I successfully managed with no major complications. Daily interaction with international port health authorities, CDC and United States Coast Guard was required during outbreak. Data collected, after containment of the outbreak, and evidence presented to company to offer guidance to other ships regarding management of COVID-19 onboard. -
