I am a South African industrial engineer (M. Eng.) and continuous improvement expert who holds a Plant Manager position at Netafim, the global leader in precision irrigation solutions for sustainable agriculture.As a results-driven Plant Manager, I excel at leading high-performing teams to optimise plant operations for efficiency, safety, and profitability. My expertise in this position includes planning, quality, maintenance and logistics, fostering a safe and compliant environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
