Large project management for deployment of NAVBLUE Airline OCC solutions on AWS cloud. Leading a multi-functional team in charge of customer applications deployment, involving Customer support, platform customization, Sales & marketing teams, over 4 NAVBLUE sites (FR, CAN, UK, SWE).Managing customer deployment projects, in direct relationship with the customers (HAL, QLK..), and so providing a project management frame to both NAVBLUE (scope, risk management, KPIs for monitoring…) and the customer when deploying NAVBLUE applications, in respect to time & quality objectives.From January 2023 to September 2023, I led a multi-functional team with the company objective of moving 63 customers over to the AWS cloud, and successfully reaching that goal in time and quality, allowing to secure the NAVBLUE the 2023 financial cloud hosting objective.

Acting as Product manager for NAVBLUE Documentation tool suite (Mission+ DOC), I was maintaining the product vision and managing two NAVBLUE AGILE Scrum teams and Product Owners (up to 10 people). I was driving the relationship with our external partner 4DConcept, for the development of the project core modules, following the AGILE SAFe 5.0 process.As the project was managing the Airbus Flight Ops documentation for customers, a close relationship was put in place with Airbus STL flight Ops documentation team.From March 2019 to February 2021, I was leading the AGILE train involving NAVBLUE and Airbus STL Flight Ops 2.0 development teams, and related projects.

Acting as the Airbus on-site representative in Rockwell-Collins USA, focal points for facilitating relationship between the Airbus Operations development team and supplier Rockwell-Collins. Joint activities with the supplier's team in system design definition, and in Airbus test result analyze leading to software fix realization in schedule. Relationship facilitator between Airbus Qualification experts and Rockwell-Collins hardware team all along the system DO-160 qualification process, for progress monitoring, test issue management and actions follow-up. Tailored the Airbus DO ABD-100 process to the RCI AGILE methodology, leading to incremental requirement and test reviews seeking development efficiency. Challenge Rockwell-Collins KPI metric reports when needed (by relationship at supplier premises) and joint work in defining recovery plans in line with Airbus expectations, allowing to assess the supplier's plan credibility to Airbus management.

Accountable of Research and Technology (R&T) technical activities and project management, on the Open World Service Platform (OWSP) technology stream. Managed a development team of 5 peoples, ensuring quality of deliveries in-line with schedule and costs, accountable of a yearly budget of 1,2 M€. In charge of building long term partnership with major aircraft suppliers (SAGEM, RCI), involving non disclosure agreements, Statement of Work and IP protection document release. Business cases definition on the R&T proposed technologies allowed A330/A340, A380 and A320 programs to assess their viability (Costs, RoI, customer interest). One of the proposed technology turned out to be selected on Airbus A330 and A320 program due to valid business case and market interest.

Reporting to management using visual management and Problem Solving report methodologies. Transcontinental relationship with AIRBUS Operations in Hamburg, strong work in systems workshops with cabin team for aircraft to ground communication systems.
