It being so diverse, I will briefly elaborate on each area:1) Customer Satisfaction/Effort Measurement & Analysis The measuring of customer experience across the full claims & assessing value chain, which includes advocacy of all internal resources and external business partners.The information gathered is used to understand competitive standing, develop service differentiation initiatives (see below) and to performance manage internal and external stakeholders. 2) easway centres (http://www.easywaycentre.co.za)This exciting initiative pivots around delivering service differentiation for Telesure in the highly competed insurance industry.This ongoing project involves the roll out of 8 optimally located world class assessment & service centres nationally, that offers differentiated services and service initiatives to our customers. These centres service roughly 3000 customers a month in a manner which our competitors cannot, or do not yet. 3) MUA assessing (http://www.mua.co.za)MUA focuses on insurance solutions for executives and high net worth individuals. The MUA "brand" is highly differentiated in the insurance market and requires specialised services in order to quantify and fulfil their motor related claims in their claims value chain. I have put together a team of specialist that fulfil these needs and in working closely with MUA we continue to find innovative ways to meet their fulfilment requirements. These services are offered on a National basis. 4) Vehicle Inspections:In unison with my team and external partners, we continue to facilitate 9000 vehicle inspections monthly.
