As soon as JLL signed the contract to manage the largest corporate real estate portfolio in the country ($100M, and the company’s largest account to date), they hired me to support the replacement/migration/integration of our client’s CRE systems with our own. The strategy I developed and executed is regarded as a company gold-standard for large accounts and for accounts in highly-regulated industries.I built a mature 13-member IT organization from inception, and spearheaded an 18-month, $3M platform transition roadmap for 23 systems, 10 workstreams and 5 service lines impacting 900 users across APAC, EMEA, North and South America.To ensure success, I forged ties with new and existing vendors alike – leading all negotiations, compliance and technical requirements to drive savings, increased security and compliance.
