Leading the International Sales Department, with the following main responsibilities and achievements:Achievements:- 40% increase between 2016 and 2019 in sales in the Distributors area.- 100% growth in the turnover of the company's key and strategic customers. - Prospecting and opening new strategic markets, especially in Asia. - Consolidation of 92% of the business by 2020 through new marketing and commercial development strategies.- Implementation of the company's new ERP in the International area.Job Functions:- Define, together with the General Management, the company's international sales strategy. - Ensure the achievement of the organization’s sales and profitability objectives.- Opening new markets and growth and consolidation of existing ones. - Manage and execute a sales budget of 11 million euros. - Leading a team of 10 professionals, including the Commercial and Customer Service Team.- Organization of international events, both corporate and in different countries.- Design, implementation and management of the business strategy for the Distributors area.- Direct management of the company's key accounts. - Regular visits to the different strategic customers.
