My career started as a software developer in 2007 and since then I have had the opportunities to work and learn from different businesses (aerospace, HR, energy) and to grow into several roles as my knowledge, interests and expertise have evolved.I walked the software development path from junior developer to technical leader and then I grew interest in teams and people management starting as Scrum Master and now acting as Engineering/Development Manager. Thanks to my technical background I am able to jump from a high-level overview, into a detailed technical discussion in order to identify risk areas, diagnose issues or address implementation challenges.I enjoy building up teams and leading them to fulfill their goals and to learn, adapt and increase their performance over time and I am passionate about lean and agile methodologies.
