Responsible for development and operations of the Doubleclick platform products for Google. -Doubleclick for Publishers (2008-2015):* Built up the Engineering team, led the development effort across 5 offices (Mountain View, Pittsburgh, New York, London, Shanghai). * Managed the upgrade of existing Doubleclick clients from the legacy DFP product to the new DFP built on the Google Cloud. Built out the upgrade machinery to extract, transform, load, and validate the various data pipelines to ensure a clean upgrade (in flight upgrade with no downtime).* Built a Video and Mobile business from the ground up to ensure DFP continued to innovate and maintain its market lead in the industry-Doubleclick for Advertisers (2011-2015)* Rebooted a 2 year old plan to incrementally upgrade the product and formulated a new plan to rebuild the entire tech stack. * Took on both the Product Management and Engineering Management role for 6 months while we recruited a new Product lead. Managed the roadmap, priority setting, partnered with Sales and Services, and helped mentor a new Product team.
