My time at Keller Williams exposed me to some very innovative Real estate practices and I really enjoyed the people I worked with in the West Milford Office. For some reason Keller Williams is strong in other parts of the Country but has failed to truly grow in NJ. The Keller Williams Franchise Office in West Milford ceased operating in 2007.

This was a great company to work for and a great group of people whom I still admire and respect that work out of the Pompton Plains office. My only problem was the restrictions of getting things done for my clients. When you are in a large organization such as Weichert, you don't have the same ability to directly control the outcome of some events as you do in an organization such as ReMax.

No nonsense "just do it" kind of company. I enjoyed working here and I have a lot of respect for Owner and his associates.
