-Process development and scale up of upstream and downstream processes to pilot scale using 500L batch reactors, AKTA Pilot, and continuous flow sonication-Perform QC of purified proteins, protein determination, SDS/Blue-Native gel electrophoresis

Preform and document following Batch Records and SOP's.• Operate in pharmaceutical cleanroom environment for production of assemblies, buffers, and downstream product.• Execute cation exchange, anion exchange, and hydrophobic interaction chromatography • Perform weighing and dispensing of raw materials for buffer preparation.• Operation of pH, conductivity, tube welder, pumps and filter integrity testers.• Experience with chromatography equipment such as AKTA Ready, Pilot, TFF, HIC column, CEX column and AEX.• Request logbooks and MPRs from Quality Assurance Document Control.• Submit samples for cleaning and in process to Quality Control.• Training on Pathwise and deviation management.• Work with Materials Control to process pick lists and assure all materials are available
