Working on the East Kent Resignalling phase 2 project as a delivery engineer, covering all aspects of technical. I have mainly been involved with the preparation paperwork, the validation surveys and building of surface models for all the stages. I have also had input in the planning of various stages. My goals in this role is to continue tolearn about planning, methods and overcoming problems in planning.

Working on the RT24 contract managing a small team of engineers in the prepping, delivery and follow up of plain line and S&C renewals. I lead the way in making 3D surveying the norm for Tonbridge depot closely followedy 3D machine control. I delt with the issues encountered my the team working hard for quick resolutions.

Sittingbourne / Tonbridge

Working mainly as a site engineer. Here I enhanced skills in pway renewals. I adapted to the fast changing methods of installation, equipment and software. I went out of my way to learn 3D surveying in a short period of time going on to become an experienced 3D surveyor. I gained a vast amount of experience In the delivery of S&C, and played a large part in jobs such as the Ramsgate re-modelling, Balham S&C, and Stoats Nest (as a PTO).

I started my railway career as a trainee, going on to become a TO, I spent the first few years learning Hallad survey going on to lead my own survey team, I worked closely with the designer to ensure the correct information was recorded. I went on to the delivery side of things learning from my seniors about tamping and stressing, and the standards required to get the best track quality. Weekend delivery i worked on machine control, learning about laser dozing, including vertical curve offsets and can't adjustments.
