Key areas of expertise included: 1. Successfully guided the Navy's transition to cloud-based ERP systems, enhancing operational efficiency and data accessibility. 2. Played a pivotal systems engineering role in developing the Navy Digital Platform (NDP), enabling advanced digital capabilities for mission-critical applications. 3. Spearheaded the NTM Plan, modernizing the Navy's IT infrastructure to meet the demands of future operational requirements. 4. Led efforts in NMCI Tier 1 Remediation, ensuring robust and secure network services. 5. Applied expertise in architecting on AWS and Microsoft Azure, applying best practices in cloud design, MBSE, and digital twins to create optimal, scalable solutions aligned with the Navy’s strategic objectives. 6. Served as the NMCI CSS Team Lead, managing critical projects such as NGEN MPLS, JRSS, and Navy Enterprise Security Stack (NESS), which significantly improved network security. 7. Directed key modernization programs, including the NGEN 10G Modernization, NGEN Technology Refresh, and NMCI IPSEC Removal, driving technology upgrades that enhanced the Navy’s enterprise-wide communications capabilities. 8. Provided systems engineering support to the PEO EIS portfolio, encompassing diverse programs such as PMW 205, PMW 240, and PMW 270. Delivered technical integration for Navy Cloud Alignment, M365 Ludicrous Speed, and Navy ERP Cloud Migration, ensuring alignment with Navy-wide IT transformation goals.
