Extensive background in law enforcement, corporate security, executive security, private security,personal protection and all aspects of investigations.I am presently employed at Golden Entertainment as the Vice President of Security Operations Laughlin. Primarily responsible for the day to day security operations of Aquarius & Edgewater properties as well as the Laughlin Event Center.*Overseeing all security personal & responsible for the safety & security for all guests and team member's. *Duties include, managing, scheduling, training, hiring and payroll for all security staff.*Develops & managing the budget for the security department.*Establishing & maintaining working relationships with local ,state, and federal law enforcement agencies to include community involvement *Working & meeting with upper management & directors in all different divisions of the properties. Overseeing all music events at the Laughlin Event Center venue.
