I have recently graduated from Doane University in May 2019. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Computer Information System Management. I have 19 years experience desktop support and software support. I have managed simple project management experience. While at Doane we replaced faculty,staff and lab computers. I would help in the setup and deployment of the new machines. We would assign our student workers various computer to configure and deploy. After the deployment we would refine the software end users needed. We would out the new machines into inventory and log the date deployed. This would help when the new refresh cycle would come around. The old machines would be kept as back up if needed. The majority would be sent of to electronic recyclers.
