Manna Kadar Beauty Group is a US cosmetics company with its own brand. Its main products include: eye shadows, blushes, lipsticks, lip glosses, various beauty tools, bath products, such as body lotions, shampoos, body washes, body butters etc. The MKB brand products are sold in major shopping malls in the United States as well as well-known retail chains in the United States, UK, Australia and Canada. My main responsibilities at MKB are:1. Project management, follow up and track project progress timely, ensure that new projects are executed according to the plan and handle the issues in time.2. Develop new products, assist product manager to develop new products.3. Develop new suppliers, look for good factories that matches the company to improve and ensure the supply chain runs smoothly.4. RFQ inquiry, price comparison and negotiation with suppliers.5. Quality control, quality standard making, follow up all suppliers to comply with our quality criteria. 6. Follow up the mass production status to make sure OTD.7. Supplier shipment arrangement.

Onyx360 is an US commodity company, who mainly design and develop some own brand commodity such toys, cookware, electronics and some other products. Onyx360 will also provide design services for customers. My main responsibilities in the company are as follows1. Get RFQ from customer and work with internal R&D to analyze the product if can be realized and what parts need to be modified.2. Finish the BOMs with R&D colleague.3. Work with existing suppliers and source new suppliers to get quotations then prepare price comparison sheet for American boss approval.4. After American boss approves the quotation then prepare quotation for customer approval.5. Work with suppliers to prepare DFM and make prototype samples for customer approval.6. Prepare the final golden sample to customer for approval and sign off approved samples to supplier after customer confirms the golden sample.7. Arrange and follow up supplier to produce trial order.8. Follow up mass production and confirm shipment date to customer.9. Handle all kinds of different issues in the product development process until the customer receives the mass production.Familiar with different kinds of plastic products, metal products, electronic products such as light grip, wireless chargers, cables, storage racks, etc.

Zwilling Beauty Group is a Germany multinational company.I'm responsible for leading global sourcing team to source vendors all over the world and developing the new products for whole Zwilling Beauty Group. My main responsibilities in detail and products are as below:1. Sourcing strategy plan development:(1). New products development plan making.(2). On one hand, develop new vendors to fulfill supply chain requirment. On the other hand, consolidate vendor base to optimize the supplier chain.(3). Optimize sourcing process to improve the work efficiency. Control the key points strictly, such as price and sample approval parts.2. Cost control:(1). Understanding the raw material market cost trend and company order status to negotiate with the vendors for cost down in proper time. (2). Select several vendors to do price comparison for the product, to ensure the product cost is competitive to get orders from customers.(3). Make regular cost down plan, MOQ and L/T reduction plan, to save cost for the company.(4). Negotiate with vendors to get the best payment term in order to reduce company finacial pressure.(5). Make department budget plan, control the buget to ensure it is spent reasonably.3. Supply chain managment:(1). Understanding the product manufacture process to help vendor improve the work efficiency and quality level to save product cost, so that achieve win-win business with vendors. (2). Select potencial good vendors from qualified vendor list to allocate more orders to them in order to encourage them to be key vendors.(3). Audit key vendors regularly, evaluate key vendors' price, quality and OTD performance per month to ensure the key vendors runing smoothly.4. Sourcing team managment :(1). Make sourcing team KPI plan and lead the team to achieve the goal.(2). Coach team members to adpot cross functional mindset.I'm familiar with metal, plastic, fabric household products, electronic products, plastic and paper packaging products very well.
