After graduating from graduate school in 2004, I have been working in the field of human resource management. Starting with HR system development, I transitioned to become a human resource consultant, serving as a project manager and operations manager for various human resource projects. I led pre-sales, implementation, and product technology teams, successfully delivering dozens of projects and products. In 2020, after serving in a foreign enterprise for 16 years, I stepped out of my comfort zone and became a startup partner in an HR SaaS system company.
