As the Northern New Jersey Managing Director - Market Manager for Wells Fargo Advisors, I serve the greater tri-state area. My leadership approach is largely guided by the principles of individualized coaching and personalized team member development. Our culture is based on a platform of Financial Advisor entrepreneurial freedom to serve each client's needs by utilizing the tools and resources unique to our organization.My 23 years of industry experience includes 11 years with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC and its predecessor firms. Most of my professional career has been on the East Coast in a leadership capacity: helping Financial Advisors further their career and grow their business. My greatest professional enjoyment is mentoring and developing next generation leaders in our industry. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Our lives have been enriched by our participation in youth sports with our two sons. My wife Sherri and I are committed to an environmentally conscious lifestyle and we make our home in Warren, New Jersey.
