While serving as a nuclear reactor operator, Frank has learned the importance of clear communication, significance of operating procedures and maintaining proper documentation.Frank is an experienced engineer. He has led many projects from converting a 2D library to 3D technology to helping to lead a national project across the country. While as an engineer, Frank learned to communicate between engineers, marketing and supply chain personnel. In addition, Frank worked with budgets and estimates as various work packages were created. Frank received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University. While at NCSU in undergrad, he became involved in organizations such as Wolfpack Motorsports and Campus Crusade for Christ and led his senior design team to first place in the annual department design competition. He returned to NCSU to obtain his Master’s Business Administration. While working on his MBA, Frank participated in two international immersion studies to Beijing, China and Munich, Germany. Throughout Frank’s experiences, Frank has gained an ability to lead, a strong work ethic, excellent people skills, a willingness to innovate, and vast mechanical knowledge.
