Responsible for managing and maintaining the Center’s property redistribution and disposal programs including: government sales, reutilization, donations, foreign disposal, abandonment, recycling, and warehousing at both Lewis Field and Plum Brook Station Oversee the Center program for obtaining excess property and material from other NASA centers and Federal agencies as an alternative to procurement. Coordinate the Temporary Inactive Equipment Storage program at both Lewis Field and Plum Brook Station. This involves coordination of the identification, clean-up, and movement of all Temporary Inactive Equipment Storage items in over 53 buildings. Responsible for accountability of items and disposition status and transfer to acceptable facilities. Provide presentations to NASA Glenn Senior Management on status of programs and Agency requirements; additionally provide NASA Headquarters status reviews and annual reports including inventory status and property reports.

Construction Safety and General Industry, including but not limited to:Scaffolding, fall protection, hot work, confined space, forklift, aviation safety, emergency preparedness and materials handling. NASA Lifting Device Equipment Manager
