Hair Colorist based in Los Angeles, California and International Artist for L’Oreal Professionnel.When not at the salon, I spend my time as an LP Educator and Salon Facilitator teaching other stylists and salon owners across California and International.Bringing in an approachable style that allows me to connect with events attendees, I've worked with fellow hairdressers to help them improve in different areas through formulation designs, Leadership and How to create memorable guest experiences in their businesses.Because of my roots in the beauty industry I have a passion for hair and I strongly believe in the importance of leadership, education and teamwork. To be able to deliver all this content, I continuously attend different Management and Leadership programs offered by companies like Franklin Covey.On the international side, I works closely with the LÓREAL PROFESSIONNEL PPD Caribbean/Latin America teams. I've appeared in many stages and classrooms in Aruba, Curaçao, Dominican Republic, Saint Marteen, Barbados, Puerto Rico, Bermuda and Mexico. In addition, I collaborate helping distribution companies create strategies for the development and growth of the line in those markets, and specific educational content suiting the demographics of each country.I also help with LÓREAL PROFESSIONNEL PPD Education in major cruise lines for One Spa World, formally known as Steiner, helping train salon spa employees and Spa Managers on the ships.
