In charge of interfacing with programmers with regard to implementing and customizing of all company Accounting/ Distribution packages on the IBM AS400. In charge of all system administration on the AS400 including configuration, backup, OS support, ODBC, FTP, TCPIP and SDLC functions. Duties included setup of Dell 2007 server using Active Directory. Setup and implementing Quick Books as a secondary backup to AS400. Office - In charge of training office staff with regards to billing, purchasing, inventory, sales analysis, data storage and developing technical manuals for all. Created all financial reports using IBM AS400.Purchasing- Configured all containers coming from various vendors overseas. Setup and interfaced with all brokerage firms and shipping companies. Issued all purchase orders with a six month to one year projection window based on sales reports from various IBM programs.

In charge of development of Inventory control system on NEC Astra system. Interface between customers and programming staff for all existing program modifications and new program requests.Developed all technical documentation for sales order entry, inventory, purchasing, accounts receivable and report generation.In charge of hiring and firing Programming and technical staff.
