Managing the End-to-End Statistical Forecast process for AVM & Accessories Europe.Prepare and reconcile the inputs to statistical forecast (data cleaning, outlier correction, PHIO data, Predecessor/successor relations), including business knowledge to create a history baseline.Create the best possible statistical forecast based on history baseline.Review the generated CO statistical forecast and correct where needed.Actively share information with the CO Demand Planners and BG AVM & Accessories planners during monthly reviews.Improve forecast quality through root cause analysis on underperformers and KPI’s.
