-Worked as consultant for a wide variety of clients in industries such as natural gas production and distribution, cement manufacturing, lime manufacturing, steel manufacturing, electrical utility, oil terminals, and oil refineries.-Managed project timelines and budgets, prepared proposals, and acted as main contact for several clients.-Prepared state and federal air quality permit applications, emissions calculations, and air dispersion modeling analyses.-Assisted clients with onsite compliance tasks, including inspections, Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation, recordkeeping and reporting, and internal auditing.-Acted as interim Environmental Manager for a cement facility. Analyses included performing research of previously demonstrated control technologies, evaluating technical and operational feasibility, and creating detailed control cost calculations to provide a dollar-per-ton-removed value.-Instructed courses for state-specific regulations, permitting and reporting, Hazard Communication (HAZCOM), Spill Prevention Countermeasures and Control (SPCC), and EMS Implementation and ISO 14001 Registration.
