Lead all locations of CVS China include Dalian, Shanghai, Chongqing, Shiyan to execute the supply chain process to achieve excellent supply chain performance .Leading the planning team Integrate the S&OP planning to IBP with customers demand and plant production and supplies material ensure the customers delivery performance,redesign the China logistics network, manage supply chain functions Include sales order management,parts procurement,production planning,transport,warehousing, import&export, packaging engineering etc..across CVS China including inbound and outbound logistic management to pursue organizational efficiency, Initiate and optimize supply chain solutions and processes in order to build high supply chain capability within CVS China, and also inventory management for all China locations.In addition, still manage direct and indirect purchasing for Dalian plant, lead team drive the cost savings and supplier performance management.

Leading 3 functions Purchasing Direct Material, Purchasing Indirect Material, Logistics Management,responsible for full purchasing management for Dalian 2 plants (WOFE & JV) include direct material & indirect material purchasing, and also lead logistics department for 2 plants include demand planning,material planning,production planning, warehouse, import/export, packaging engeer in parallel, manage whole supply chain for 2 plants in sites, manage 1.2B RMB business deliver to customers and 700M spending with suppliers through 60 team members and 11 direct reports, achieve 100% customers DP and 5% cost savings of direct material, 3% cost savings of indirect material for past years, also supplier PPM improve to global quality level, inventory controlling improve global target.

Responsible for full purchasing management including direct material and indirect material for 2 plants (WOFE & JV) in locate Dalian, drive the cost savings programs through 15 team members including 8 categories sourcing, project purchasing, indirect material purchasing, SQDs. Spend more than 500M RMB, achieved 5% cost yearly cost reduction 3 years, this achievement is the top one in CVS group globally. As member of global purchasing team, supporting global sourcing projects in LCC and BCC, and drive local purchasing organization transforming to global team and combine into global category management team.

Manage 2 categories Iron-casting & Frictions spending of China, 5% cost savings for both categories.

Responsible for purchasing activities of new product development of BU Electronics & Wheelend in China, drive the product components localization in china, achieve the cost target and localization rate, relocation product lines to bro company according strategy.

Responsible for commodity purchasing team include casting & machining, motor & electronics parts, machine seal, standard components for new product development and serial production via 2 team members, localization process pump components in china, develop local suppliers for export parts to EU, USD via GSO, improve local suppliers’ quality level to reach global spec requirement, in charge of 60m RMB spending and achieve 15% cost reduction after localization. Setup SAP MM model in china, and transform purchasing organization structure from locally to global level.

Responsible for purchasing activities of LBP new product development, drive cost reduction of standard components, plastics/rubber parts, electronics parts, stamping commodities, develop new machine type L1002, and achieve cost reduction projects.
