In vivo Large animal pharmacology and translational research includes animal disease models and DMPK/toxicity In Suzhou, Chengdu and Qidong.

I am responsible for building and developing as below service capabilities in large animals and Rodents to provide our partners and clients with novel and better solutions for their needs in drug discovery.1. Organ grafting2. Metabolic diseases and Obesity3. Stroke4. Animal behavior5. Cardiovascular diseases (heart failure and myocardial infarction)6. Parkinson's Disease (PD)7. Sleeping architecture8. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:1. Plans, oversees, coordinates and schedules the day-to-day operations of the department staff supporting a wide range of technical responsibilities and research procedures involving handling, testing, treatment, and management of nonhuman primates as test systems.2. Ensures sufficient training and education of subordinates in proper lab animal procedures, and actively ensures staff compliance to Study Protocols/SOMs, all company SOPs, policies, the company quality assurance program, and other appropriate legislations, regulations, guidelines, and policies governing the proper care, use and treatment of animals in research.3. Participates in the development, preparation and revision of Company SOPs.4. Ensures that Study Protocols and SOPs are uniformly observed.5. Equitably and consistently allocates work assignments to all subordinates, approves and regulates overtime work; reviews, authorizes/approves staff leaves.6. Participates in hiring and performance evaluation, and in administering disciplinary decisions to subordinates.7. Maintains general oversight to ensure proper operations, maintenance and, scheduled repairs of equipment assigned to the department and cooperates with other key departments of the company to develop and implement equipment maintenance programs, as appropriate.8. Reviews, approves or initiates purchase orders for equipment and other logistic needs required by the department.9. Sets goals and implements best practices within the department to improve service functionality and appropriately improve and utilize technical capabilities and develop new research technologies and techniques.10. When designated, serves as a Study Director, Project Leader, or other leadership for specific studies or projects.

Special care for diabetic monkeys, such as insulin and hypoglycemia treatment.4. Created technical SOPs, Procedures, Protocols and reports.5. Supply technique trainings for other workmates.6. Responsible for study design, experiment performing, data analysis and report writing in both English and Chinese.7. In charge of a study of high fat diet induced metabolic syndrome and atherosclerosis in mini pig and C57 mouse.8.
