Serve as the Alabama Department of Transportation's project manager for all projects initiated by the Aeronautics Bureau. Such projects include planning and development studies, statewide airport system plans, airport economic impact studies, hangar facilities, terminal buildings, civil and electrical projects.Draft and review legislation impacting Alabama's airport system.
