NOVELL -Position Title - Technical Support Engineer II Nov 2013 to PresentSupport large-scale customers or partners with post-implementation product support. Develop business relationships with customer’s technical and management staff. Provide technical engineering support and systems and applications integration in multiple platforms including Linux, Windows, Netware, and UNIX. Perform troubleshooting and integration in multiple software products such as OES, Network Cluster Services, NSS, and various Linux products including SLES, HAE and MPIO for clients with 200+ servers. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to scalability, performance, and maintenance in various Linux products. Integrate various different third party products, and accelerate response time to ensure solutions are tailored to meet customer expectations.Proactively identify, analyze, and make recommendations using knowledge of identity foundations for Novell and partner products to meet customer needs.

• I helped the Fidelity Customer Protection Services (FCPS) team builds and supports authentication and identity management applications to facilitate secure access to Fidelity’s customer facing systems, Using java, Spring and maven.

Operate a Furnace annealing machine, a process used in semiconductor device fabrication which consists of heating multiple semiconductor wafers in order to affect their electrical properties. Heat treatments are designed for different effects.Tests the chips on the wafer with an electronic tester that presses tiny probes against the chip.
