PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: The Digital Analyst works closely with business partners to build the digital strategy roadmap. You lead the creation of strategic business cases ensuring flawless execution of digital projects to transform the facility into a future-facing, highly efficient and effective organization for a growing portfolio of digital initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance, HR, Procurement and EHS.​​​RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work with business and technology leaders brainstorming solutions, developing strategic business cases & building digital roadmaps• Analyse complex business processes and identify, evaluate, develop and/or redesign systems, processes, and procedures to meet user requirements on large initiatives.• Create detailed written user requirements.• Provide consultation to customers on business process redesign. • Assist in the development of system documentation and training materials as well as training processes• Act as the project/program manager,• Collaborate with application SMEs to understanding systems and interfaces ensuring good data quality of the data exchange during usage.• Encourage the use of existing digital technologies to automate and simplify repetitive tasks• Drive the digital transformation programs and projects through:o Leading multi-disciplined, cross functional teams in building capabilities and delivering results utilizing effective Project Management skillso Develop strong, consultative, and productive relationships with key stakeholders.o Expertly control project financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, managing purchase orders & accruals for both Capex & Opex expenditures• Exhibit a continuous improvement (CI) mindset to automate and simplify repetitive tasks• Persuade others with fact-based judgments of business situations
