Love sales, meeting people, and convincing them that what I offer is superior to anything else they have ever seen! I am not a spring chicken...a newcomer to the business of sales. I exited the sales field a few years back and decided last year to try my hand at it after a 10-year exodus. I started late with a particular company, Mid-March...and earned the Salesman of the Year award, surpassing many of the young pups. It is not youth that wins, but the experience.I work primarily in the construction trades and it is not an easy field to be in due to its volatility. I enjoy it and am competent at what I do. I know about products and designs. I know consumer demands and their desire for affordability. The dog that keeps coming back gets fed the most! I don't wander off from my customers. Being there is a major part of getting the contract. Having a good product and a solid company is critical. This is nothing new. I don't quit. I get frustrated, angry, and disgusted...but I push on and I win.
